We stand behind the quality of our products and will repair or replace any product that is defective due to manufacturer’s defect. When contacting technical support with warranty questions, please give the product serial number so we can confirm date of purchase.
Our warranty periods are as follows:
- Game Boards. 6 month warranty from date of purchase.
- Monitors. 12 month warranty from date of purchase.
- Bill Acceptors. 12 month warranty from date of purchase.
- Amusement/Redemption Games. Please see information on our Amusement/Redemption Games page for warranty terms on specific products.
- FotoMorph Photo Booths. 1 year limited warranty (Please visit our sister site www.fotomorph.com for additional information).
All repairs not covered by our product warranty policy (including any products not originally purchased from us) will incur a labor charge. We will warranty our repair work for the longer of a) 90 days, or b) any remaining original product warranty period.
A 20% restocking fee may be applied for any returns.
In connection with the purchase, use or operation of the Hardware, Software or Services from American Alpha, you represent and warrant the following:
American Alpha, Inc. stands to fully comply with laws wherever they apply. Currently we are not serving the states of Ohio and North Carolina.
You shall obtain all licenses, permits and approvals required by any government or applicable authority, and you will comply with all country, federal and state laws, ordinances, code regulations, rules, policies and procedures of any government or other competent authority where the Hardware, Software or services are purchased by you or are to be sold, used or deployed. You shall not take any action or permit or authorize any action in violation of the Applicable laws. You shall use your best efforts to regularly inform American Alpha of any requirements under any Applicable Laws that directly or indirectly affect American Alpha. If you use or operate American Alpha Hardware, Software, or Services in violation of any applicable law or authority and American ALphais required to defend themselves civilly or criminally, you shall reimburse American Alpha for the cost of defense.
